Wedding Invitation

 



 
 
       My son is getting married and this is the invitation for the wedding.
Measurements:
Invitation body---- you will need an 11 ½ X 7 Cardstock score at 2 ½ and 7 ½ on the 2 ½ side punch the border.   Punch a 7 X 1 ¼ strip of paper or cardstock to use like a liner in the same side already punch.
Inside layers ---- a piece of cardstock 6 ¾ X 4 ¾ and over this one the wording or invite 6 ½ X 4 ½.
Pocket---- piece of cardstock 6 ¾ X 2 ¾ and a piece of DSP 6 ½ X 2 ½ glue and punch together (thin paper is the best so you can punch it out without damaging the punch). Decorate the pocket with a thin ribbon passing thru a series of holes made with a 1/8 circle punch. The holes are ½ inch apart of each other.       
The letter  in this case (R) it is stamp with elegant eggplant ink and punch it out with a 1 “ circle  punch layer on to a 1 ¼  circle punch.
Belly Band--- 12 “Lace (non stampin up), a 12 X 1 DSP strip and ribbon.
Tag---- saying  ( you’re invited)  Stamp set A Dozen Thoughts punch out with large oval punch  and layer with scallop oval punch two times one with DSP and cardstock and one layer  with Decorative  label personalize .
 
Supplies:
Stamp Set- A Dozen Thoughts
Cardstock – Elegant Eggplant, Perfect Plum, Sahara Sand, Whisper White
DSP- First Edition Specialty Designer Paper (retired)   
Ink- Rich Razzleberry, Soft Sued
Punches- 1” circle punch, 1 ¼ Circle Punch, 1/8 circle Punch, Large Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, Decorative Label Punch,  Eyelet Border Punch (Retired)
Ribbon—Perfect Plum 3/8 Taffeta Ribbon (retired) Whisper White 1/8 Taffeta Ribbon (Retired) die with Perfect Plum ink.
